The production equipment for preparing the active lime from the carbide slag comprises a feeding box, a conveying pipeline and a drying pipeline, and the head end and the tail end of the drying pipeline and the tail output port of the conveying pipeline are each of an arc-shaped hemispherical structure; a material conveying port of the material supply box is in butt joint with a material conveying pipeline, a tail output port of the material conveying pipeline is communicated with a drying pipeline through a driving joint section, the tail end of the drying pipeline is communicated with a temporary storage cavity through a fixed joint section, and a spiral discharging mechanism is installed at a discharging port of the temporary storage cavity. Carbide slag can be conveyed through a multi-section structure, meanwhile, the conveying feeding amount of the carbide slag can be limited through cooperation of an integrated structure and a movable joint, and a stable conveying condition is provided through a double-layer conveying pipeline structure for drying and heating of an inner container. The condition that the transportation efficiency is influenced by gradual accumulation of the carbide slag due to moisture in the transportation process is avoided.
本发明一种利用电石渣制备活性石灰的生产设备,包括供料箱、输料管道和干燥管道,所述干燥管道首尾端部和输料管道的尾部输出端口均呈弧形半球状结构;所述供料箱的输料端口对接有输料管道,所述输料管道尾部输出端口通过主动关节段与干燥管道连通,所述干燥管道尾部端头通过固定关节段与暂存腔连通,所述暂存腔的出料端口安装有螺旋出料机构。一种可通过多段结构运输电石渣,同时可通过一体式结构配合活动关节限制电石渣的运输进给量,内胆烘干加热的双层运输管道结构提供了平稳运输的条件,避免电石渣在运输过程中因潮湿而逐渐堆积影响运输效率的利用电石渣制备活性石灰的生产设备。
