The invention discloses a road surface chiseling recycling vehicle which comprises a motor vehicle, a chiseling discharging system, a lifting system and a negative pressure receiving system, the motor vehicle comprises a frame, a cab, an engine, a walking system and a material box, and the cab, the engine, the walking system and the material box are arranged on the frame; the chiseling and discharging system is connected to the lower part of the frame by adopting a lifting system and can ascend or descend to a chiseling position; the scabbling and discharging system comprises a scabbling box with an opening in the bottom end, a driving mechanism as well as a scabbling mechanism, a sweeping mechanism and a spiral discharging mechanism which are arranged in the scabbling box, the sweeping mechanism is located on the rear side of the scabbling mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives spiral shafts of the scabbling mechanism, the sweeping mechanism and the spiral discharging mechanism to rotate; and the negative-pressure material receiving system is arranged in the material box and is connected with a spiral material discharging mechanism of the scabbling material discharging system through a material sucking pipe. A motor vehicle is used as a carrier, the scabbling and discharging system, the lifting system and the negative-pressure material receiving system are arranged, scabbling, sweeping and material receiving are integrated, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
