The invention discloses an extradosed cable-stayed bridge jacking device which comprises a base, a limiting frame, a top plate and auxiliary assemblies, the base, the limiting frame and the top plate are fixedly connected through supports at equal intervals, the auxiliary assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the outer wall of the top plate, and each auxiliary assembly comprises a mounting table, a rotating frame, a rolling wheel, a main shaft, a main hydraulic rod and a secondary hydraulic rod; the mounting table is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer wall of the base. An external winch is used for driving the I-shaped steel and the supporting frame to move on the rolling wheels and then stop when the I-shaped steel and the supporting frame move to the top, it is guaranteed that the supporting frame is located over the pier, then it is guaranteed that the side plates are located over the secondary shafts, buffering springs are used for buffering descending of the supporting frame and the I-shaped steel, and a main hydraulic rod is used for jacking the supporting frame and the I-shaped steel; and when stress points are dispersed, secondary hydraulic rods are reduced, further driving of the rotating frame is achieved, the rolling wheels are attached to the bottom of the outer wall of the bridge, and the stress points are further dispersed.
本发明公开了一种矮塔斜拉桥顶升装置,包括:底座、限制架与顶板,底座、限制架与顶板之间通过支架等距固定连接,辅助组件,设于顶板的外壁两侧处,其中:辅助组件包括安装台、旋转架、滚轮、主轴、主液压杆与次液压杆,安装台固定设置于底座的外壁底部处。利用外部卷扬机,带动工型钢和支撑架在滚轮上移动,随后至顶部上时停止,保证支撑架处于桥墩的正上方处,随后确保侧板处于次轴的正上方处,利用缓冲弹簧对支撑架和工型钢下降进行缓冲,利用主液压杆,对支撑架和工型钢进行顶升,分散受力点的同时,降低利用次液压杆,实现对旋转架的进一步驱动,使得滚轮贴合于桥梁的外壁底部处,进一步分散受力点。
