The cable-stayed bridge body is subjected to weight balancing and stability improving through the weight balancing plate, meanwhile, the orientation of the weight balancing plate can be automatically adjusted according to the wind direction, it is guaranteed that the weight balancing plate is parallel to the wind direction all the time, wind resistance is reduced, the weight balancing plate can be kept parallel to the wind direction all the time by means of the wind direction sensor, and the stability of the cable-stayed bridge body is improved. And wind can always move in a manner of being attached to the surface of the balance weight plate, so that the wind can drive the wind guide blades to rotate, the generator can generate power by means of wind power, and more energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
