Reinforced concrete inner support of deep foundation pit and construction method
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete inner support of a deep foundation pit and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing an outer support structure of the foundation pit and excavating earth of the foundation pit; constructing a supporting structure in the foundation pit; the foundation pit is excavated to the designed depth, and then a collecting ditch is excavated in the bottom of the foundation pit; and removing the supporting structure in the foundation pit. The waterproof structure has the beneficial effects that compared with a traditional waterproof structure, the waterproof structure at the joint of the underground diaphragm wall and the horizontal ring beam can actively drain underground water, the underground water is actively drained to the outer side of the waterproof linoleum through the inclined water collecting plate and is drained through the horizontal water collecting pipe and the vertical drainage pipe, and the waterproof effect is good. The phenomenon that leakage is generated at an interface when an existing supporting structure serves as a part of a main body structure is avoided; the concrete horizontal inner support is poured in a segmented mode, meanwhile, the steel supports are arranged on the side edges for connection, conflicts with a main body structure stand column are effectively avoided, and meanwhile effective transmission of horizontal axial force is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种深基坑钢筋混凝土内支撑及施工方法,包括以下步骤:基坑外支护结构施工及基坑土方开挖;基坑内支护结构施工;基坑开挖至设计深度,然后在基坑底部开挖集水沟;基坑内支护结构拆除。本发明的有益效果是:地下连续墙与水平圈梁结合处防水结构,相比于传统的防水结构,可对地下水实现主动引流,通过斜向集水板将地下水主动引流至防水油毡的外侧,并经水平集水管以及竖向排水管排出,避免既有的支护结构作为主体结构的一部分时,在界面处产生渗漏;混凝土水平内支撑分段浇筑,同时在侧边设置钢支撑连接,有效地避免了与主体结构立柱产生冲突,同时保证了水平轴力的有效传递。
