The invention relates to the technical field of building foundation construction, in particular to a wind driven generator pre-stressed anchor bolt cage manufacturing method which comprises the steps that a plurality of pre-embedded plates are positioned and arranged, and all the pre-embedded plates are sequentially connected into an annular overall structure; supporting adjusting columns are arranged on the lower anchor plate at intervals and correspond to the embedded plates one to one, the lower anchor plate is hoisted to the embedded plates, and concentricity and levelness adjustment is conducted; the upper anchor plate is hoisted and matched with the positioning anchor bolt to achieve temporary fixing of the upper anchor plate, and an adjusting anchor bolt is arranged between the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate; a positioning anchor rod and an adjusting anchor bolt are adjusted; and a plurality of anchoring points are symmetrically arranged and tensioned to adjust the positions of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate and reinforce the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate at the same time. According to the foundation platform, the precision and reliability in the manufacturing process are improved, a more stable and reliable structure can be achieved in the subsequent pouring construction process, and therefore the final foundation platform can be better connected and installed with the wind driven generator.
