Structure of reinforced concrete column and steel beam top joint, side joint and corner joint
The invention relates to the field of concrete structure and steel structure combined mixed structure buildings, in particular to a structure of a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam top joint, a side joint and a corner joint. The upper gusset plate and the lower gusset plate adopt a column total cross section form, the upper gusset plate and the lower gusset plate are partition plates covering the total cross section of the reinforced concrete column, avoidance holes which correspond to each other up and down are formed in the middle of the upper gusset plate and the lower gusset plate, longitudinal bars in the column penetrate through the node, and the upper gusset plate and the lower gusset plate extend towards two sides or one side to form short beam joint flanges. A short beam web is welded between the two short beam connector flanges which correspond up and down to form a short beam, and the short beam is connected with the steel beam through welding or bolts. As no column is arranged at the upper ends of a top node and a corner node of a frame, and the bonding condition of in-column longitudinal bars penetrating through the nodes in the column is poor, the upper ends of top-layer column longitudinal steel bars need to be efficiently anchored. Effective transfer of beam end bending moment can be guaranteed, and assembly connection of the mixed frame joint and the beam is facilitated.
本发明涉及混凝土结构与钢结构组合的混合结构建筑领域,特别是关于一种钢筋混凝土柱与钢梁顶节点、边节点和角节点的构造。上节点板、下节点板采用柱全截面形式,上节点板、下节点板为覆盖钢筋混凝土柱全截面的隔板,上节点板、下节点板中间开有上下对应的避让孔,用以柱内纵筋穿设并贯穿节点,上节点板、下节点板向两侧或一侧延伸形成短梁接头翼缘,上下对应的两个短梁接头翼缘之间焊接短梁腹板形成短梁,短梁与钢梁通过焊接或螺栓连接。由于框架顶节点、角节点上端无柱,贯穿节点的柱内纵筋在柱内的粘结条件较差,因此需要对顶层柱纵向钢筋的上端进行高效锚固。本发明可以保证梁端弯矩的有效传递,便于混合框架节点和梁的装配化连接。
