The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a truss beam column temporary hinging and rigid connection conversion method which comprises the steps that built-in ends are pre-embedded at the designed heights of two columns, bolt holes are formed in the built-in ends, and knuckle bearings are installed at the two ends of a truss; the truss is hoisted to the position between the two built-in ends, and the knuckle bearings are connected with the bolt holes so that the truss can be temporarily fixed to the built-in ends; and after the self-weight loading of the truss is finished, an inlaying section is arranged between the inlaying end and the end part of the truss, so that the inlaying end is fixedly connected with the truss. By means of the method, the additional bending moment in the truss construction stage can be fully unloaded through the knuckle bearing, the truss and the inlaying end are rigidly connected through the inlaying section, the design of the connecting joint of the truss and the column is simplified, the strength and rigidity of the joint can be kept consistent with those of other rod pieces in the truss, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the additional bending moment accumulated by the truss in the construction stage is prevented from being accumulated to the final use stage, so that the integral rigidity of the truss is coordinated, and the stress is uniform.
