The invention provides a first-hinging and second-rigidity beam column rigid connection joint construction method which comprises the steps that (1) construction is conducted on a column body to form a cantilever bracket structure, and the cantilever bracket structure is provided with a first right-angle variable cross section; (2) the end of the large-span steel beam is manufactured to form a second right-angle variable cross section, and the second right-angle variable cross section is matched with the first right-angle variable cross section; (3) the ends of the large-span steel beams are correspondingly placed on the cantilever bracket structures; (4) the middle position of the second right-angle variable cross section and the middle position of the first right-angle variable cross section are fixed through bolts, and then welding is conducted; (5) dead load is applied, and in the dead load applying process, a node area of the cantilever bracket structure and the large-span steel beam is reserved and not subjected to construction; and (6) the upper portion of the second right-angle variable cross section is welded to the upper portion of the first right-angle variable cross section, and the lower portion of the second right-angle variable cross section is welded to the lower portion of the first right-angle variable cross section. Hinge joint in the beam-column joint construction stage and rigid connection in the use stage are achieved, and the bending moment transmitted to the column from the large-span beam end is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种先铰后刚的梁柱刚接节点施工方法,包括:1)在柱体上施工形成悬挑牛腿结构,悬挑牛腿结构具有第一直角变截面;2)将大跨度钢梁的端部制造形成第二直角变截面,第二直角变截面与第一直角变截面匹配;3)将大跨度钢梁的端部对应搁置于悬挑牛腿结构上;4)先将第二直角变截面的中部位置与第一直角变截面的中部位置螺栓固定,再进行焊接;5)施加恒载,在施加恒载过程中预留出悬挑牛腿结构与大跨度钢梁的节点区域不进行施工;6)将第二直角变截面的上部与第一直角变截面的上部焊接,将第二直角变截面的下部与第一直角变截面的下部焊接。本发明实现梁柱节点施工阶段铰接和使用阶段刚接,大幅减小由大跨梁端传给柱的弯矩。
