At least one expansion joint reinforcing piece is arranged on each linear continuous section, each expansion joint reinforcing piece penetrates through the corresponding expansion joint and is provided with two fixing parts fixedly arranged on the two side structures of the corresponding expansion joint, the two fixing parts oppositely move linearly, and the direction of the linear movement is the same as the expansion direction of the corresponding expansion joint. The invention further discloses a reinforcing unit of the bent and extended expansion joint, the reinforcing method of the bent and extended expansion joint can be well implemented, the reinforcing unit of the bent and extended expansion joint is provided with a sleeving fixing square barrel and an inserting fixing square barrel which are nested with each other, and the reinforcing units of the bent and extended expansion joint are arranged on a plurality of linear continuous sections of the expansion joint in a matched mode.
