The invention discloses a preparation method of a pervious concrete admixture and pervious concrete made of the admixture. The pervious concrete admixture is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 35 parts of redispersible latex powder, 15 to 25 parts of a water reducing agent, 5 to 10 parts of a water-retaining agent, 8 to 15 parts of epoxy resin and 10 to 20 parts of a carbon nanotube-glass fiber-piperidine ionic liquid composite material. By adopting the pervious concrete admixture, not only can the binding power of cement paste and aggregate be effectively enhanced, but also the working performance of pervious concrete can be effectively improved, the strength and the pervious coefficient of the pervious concrete are improved, and the service life of the pervious concrete is prolonged.
