The invention provides a high-weather-resistance fireproof particle acoustic board and a preparation method thereof. The particle acoustic board is formed by bonding inorganic particles and an adhesive. The adhesive wraps the surfaces of the inorganic particles and is solidified, micropore channels exist among the particles, sound waves penetrate through the micropore channels and are consumed under the action of friction, resonance and the like, and then the sound absorption effect is achieved; the adhesive at least comprises the vinyl resin and the nano silicon dioxide resin, the vinyl resin molecular main chain is a stable carbon-carbon single bond, the vinyl resin molecular main chain is difficult to generate chain scission degradation under the action of light and damp heat under the outdoor condition, and the nano silicon dioxide resin has the characteristics of high hardness, noninflammability and the like; therefore, the two kinds of resin are used after being matched, the finally displayed performance is enough to be applied to manufacturing of outdoor particle boards, and then the weather-proof and fireproof performance of the acoustic board is effectively improved.
