Electrolytic manganese residue/steel slag/mineral slag based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an electrolytic manganese slag/steel slag/mineral slag based grouting material. The grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of electrolytic manganese slag, 20-60 parts of steel slag micro-powder, 30 parts of blast furnace slag micro-powder, 25-33.3 parts of an alkaline activator and 100 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the electrolytic manganese slag/steel slag/mineral slag based grouting material, and the method comprises the following steps: adding the alkaline activator into water, and uniformly mixing to obtain an alkaline activator solution; the electrolytic manganese slag, the steel slag micro powder and the blast furnace slag micro powder are put into a stirrer to be stirred evenly, and mixed powder is obtained; and mixing and stirring the mixed powder and an alkaline activator solution to obtain the electrolytic manganese slag/steel slag/mineral slag based grouting material. The method is simple in preparation process and low in cost, heavy metal ions cannot be leached in engineering application, and the method has the advantages of good environmental safety and resource recycling, and is wide in application prospect.
本发明提供了一种电解锰渣/钢渣/矿渣基注浆材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:电解锰渣10‑50份、钢渣微粉20‑60份、高炉矿渣微粉30份、碱性激发剂25‑33.3份和水100份。还提供上述电解锰渣/钢渣/矿渣基注浆材料的制备方法,该方法为:将碱性激发剂加入水中混合均匀,得到碱性激发剂溶液;将电解锰渣、钢渣微粉和高炉矿渣微粉放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合粉料;将混合粉料与碱性激发剂溶液混合搅拌,得到电解锰渣/钢渣/矿渣基注浆材料。本发明制备工艺单,成本低廉,工程应用中不会浸出重金属离子,具有良好的环境安全性和资源循环利用的优点,应用前景广阔。
