The invention provides a steel slag composite grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of grouting materials. The steel slag composite grouting material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of steel slag, 20-35 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of bentonite, 10-25 parts of gypsum powder, 5-8 parts of fibers, 5-10 parts of an alkali activator, 2-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a penetrant, 1-3 parts of a leveling agent and 2-5 parts of an anti-aging agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the steel slag, the cement, the quartz sand, the fly ash, the bentonite, the gypsum powder, the fiber and the alkali activator according to the weight, and uniformly conducting mixing to obtain a mixture; uniformly mixing the mixture with the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent, the penetrating agent, the levelling agent and the anti-aging agent to obtain the steel slag composite grouting material. The obtained grouting material has the advantages of high compressive strength, good curing effect in a short time, low dry shrinkage rate and the like.
