The composite modified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 0 to 3 parts of a compatilizer, 3 to 20 parts of a double-component polyurethane raw material and 0.3 to 4 parts of a warm mixing agent, the warm mixing agent is at least one of Sasobit, Aspha-min and DWMA-1 (Diglycidyl Methacrylate); the physical performance of the matrix asphalt is improved through the doped polyurethane and warm mixing agent material, the deformation resistance of the asphalt pavement is enhanced, the high-temperature performance of the asphalt pavement is greatly improved, meanwhile, the energy consumption of the asphalt can be reduced, and the emission of room-temperature gas can be reduced. The construction process of the composite modified asphalt is simple, the composite modified asphalt mixture can be obtained by hot mixing of the composite modified asphalt, the construction temperature of an asphalt pavement can be reduced in the pavement construction process, and the construction performance and the working efficiency of the asphalt pavement are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种双组份聚氨酯温拌复合改性沥青,所述复合改性沥青原料按重量份包括以下组分:基质沥青100份、相容剂0‑3份、双组份聚氨酯原料3‑20份、温拌剂0.3‑4份;所述温拌剂为Sasobit、Aspha‑min、DWMA‑1中的至少一种;通过掺入的聚氨酯及温拌剂材料提高基质沥青的物理性能,增强了沥青路面抵抗变形能力,极大地提升沥青路面的高温性能,同时又能减少沥青的能耗,能够减少室温气体的排放。该复合改性沥青的施工工艺简单,将复合改性沥青通过热拌合就能获得复合改性沥青混合料,在进行路面施工的过程中,能降低沥青路面施工温度,极大地提升沥青路面建设的性能及工作效率。
