The invention discloses an inhaul cable suspension tunnel which is characterized in that a suspension tunnel channel comprises a tunnel and a foundation, and the two ends of the tunnel located in water are connected with the foundation; the underwater tunnel comprises a tunnel pipe joint, an inhaul cable and an inhaul cable pipe, the inhaul cable is installed in the inhaul cable pipe, the inhaul cable pipe and the tunnel pipe joint are fixedly connected into a whole, and transverse force of water flow acting on the tunnel is balanced by the inhaul cable. The invention has the main advantages that the invention provides another novel structure besides the existing three structural forms of a pile foundation, an anchor cable foundation and a buoy, and the existing theoretical system and technical equipment are suitable for the novel structure; the tunnel pipe joint can be designed to be very long, pile foundations, anchor cable foundations and buoys can be omitted in the middle of the pipe joint, and the method is particularly suitable for deep water.
