The invention provides a reinforcing method for inclination of an outdoor newly-added elevator shaft foundation of an old building. An inclined support is erected on one side of the outer portion of an elevator shaft frame; excavating the ground around the elevator shaft frame; grouting reinforcement is conducted on the foundation; a connecting foundation is additionally arranged between the under-wall strip-shaped foundation and the shaft foundation wall; the wall thickness around the elevator foundation is increased, and an extension foundation is additionally arranged; the connection between each floor and the elevator is removed; a steel corbel is additionally arranged at the bottom of the elevator shaft frame; centralizing the elevator shaft frame, and cutting the foundation to the designed height; supporting steel beams are additionally arranged at the top of the elevator foundation; after the grouting material is maintained to the design age, the fifth formwork is dismantled; the jacks are removed, and the section steel beams, the steel corbels and the inclined supports are removed; and the connection between the elevator and the original house is reinforced and repaired by fastening the column foot bolts. According to the reinforcing method, the problem of settlement of the foundation of the outdoor elevator added later can be effectively solved, and the use function and the safety guarantee of the recovered outdoor elevator can be effectively ensured.
