The invention provides a construction method for a newly-added entrance and exit and an elevator shaft of an existing building. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, steel sheet piles are inserted and driven, specifically, measuring and paying-off are conducted outside original supporting piles at the positions of the newly-added entrance and exit and the elevator shaft, the mounting positions of the steel sheet piles are released, the steel sheet piles are driven through a pile driver, an independent driving method is adopted for inserting and driving of the steel sheet piles, and the steel sheet piles are continuously driven one by one; S2, steel pipe supports are erected, specifically, the multiple steel pipe supports are erected on the two sides of the newly-added elevator shaft to be used for supporting the steel sheet piles, one ends of the steel pipe supports are arranged on the steel sheet piles, and the other ends of the steel pipe supports are arranged on an original structure of the existing building; S3, the original supporting piles are chiseled away, specifically, the original supporting piles on the inner sides of the steel sheet piles are chiseled away to the newly-added entrance and exit and the bottom of an elevator shaft platform, and the positions are backfilled to the bottom of the platform in situ through a lower chamber fertilizer groove; S4, the newly-added entrance and exit and an elevator shaft main body structure are constructed; and S5, the steel pipe supports are dismounted, and the steel sheet piles are pulled out.
