The invention discloses a garbage disposer and a water inlet control method thereof and a computer readable storage medium, the garbage disposer comprises a machine shell, a crushing part and a driving part, a crushing cavity is formed in the machine shell, a plurality of water inlets are formed in the crushing cavity, each water inlet is provided with a control valve for opening or closing the water inlet, the crushing part is rotatably arranged in the crushing cavity, and the driving part drives the crushing part to rotate. The driving part is connected with the crushing part to drive the crushing part to rotate. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring working current of the driving part; determining a current interval where the working current is located; and each control valve is controlled according to the current interval where the working current is located, so that the flushing water inflow of the garbage processor is matched with the current load of the garbage processor. According to the method, the current load of the garbage processor is judged based on the working current of the driving part, the flushing water inflow of the garbage processor is adjusted according to the load, the utilization rate of water resources is increased, and the effect of saving water is achieved.
