According to the residential building structure designed by the invention, the house type main body can slide in the structural frame to realize interaction with sunlight, and when the sunlight is weak in winter, the house type main body moves towards a planting area close to the sunlight; when sunlight is strong in summer, the house type body moves towards the upper-layer residential area far away from the sunlight, the requirement that living is warm in winter and cool in summer is better met, and passive living is achieved.
本发明公开了一种住宅建筑结构,包括结构框架和户型主体,结构框架内包括种植区和居住区,种植区对应采光面布置,居住区沿着光线变换方向布置在种植区的一侧,居住区水平方向通过隔层分为下层居住区和上层居住区,户型主体滑动在上层居住区内且可滑动至对应种植区的上部以实现户型主体与阳光互动。本发明设计的住宅建筑结构,能够使得户型主体在结构框架内滑动实现其与阳光的互动,冬季阳光弱时,户型主体向靠近阳光的种植区方向移动;夏季阳光强烈时,户型主体向远离阳光的上层居住区方向移动,更好的满足居住冬暖夏凉的需求,达到居住的被动式。
