The invention provides a brand-new six-generation residential building structure. The innovative technical core of the six-generation residential building structure is that an elevator car is installed in a naturally-ventilated escape vertical groove, the existing elevator technology that the elevator car is arranged in a closed elevator shaft is overturned, and the fatal defect, namely the chimney effect, of the existing elevator technology is overcome through the change. In addition, an existing mature power storage technology is added, so that the elevator is provided with an independent self-contained power supply which can be normally used when a power supply system of a residential building is powered off, and a quick escape way is provided when a fire disaster occurs.
