The invention discloses a concrete exposed aggregate, a manufacturing method of a prefabricated part and a mold box. The exposed aggregate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of a retarding component, 0.5 part of a thickening component, 0.3 part of an anti-corrosion component, 0.3 part of a rust inhibiting component, 0.04 part of a pH adjusting component, 0.2 part of a demolding component and 70-80 parts of water. The retarding component is white sugar or sodium gluconate, and the thickening component is carbomer. The exposed aggregate disclosed by the invention can delay concrete solidification, so that a rough surface is formed on the surface of a concrete prefabricated part, and the exposed aggregate is green, environment-friendly, good in sagging performance, good in rust inhibiting effect and good in demolding effect; and the thickness of the rough surface of the manufactured concrete prefabricated part is large, and the mechanical occlusal force performance of the rough surface is high.
