Method for preparing ceramic filter tube by using waste SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) honeycomb denitration catalyst
The invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic filter tube by using a waste SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) honeycomb denitration catalyst, which comprises the following steps: S1) carrying out dust removal, cleaning, crushing and drying treatment on the waste SCR denitration catalyst, then carrying out graded ball milling to obtain primary powder and secondary powder with different granularities, and uniformly mixing the primary powder and the secondary powder in proportion to obtain active powder; s2) dispersing the active powder and an organic polymer dispersant in deionized water to prepare active powder slurry; s3) uniformly mixing ceramic fibers, an inorganic adhesive, an organic binder, an organic lubricant and deionized water to prepare fiber slurry; s4) slowly adding the active powder slurry into the fiber slurry, fully and uniformly stirring, injecting into a forming mold, performing vacuum negative-pressure suction filtration forming, and performing primary drying to obtain a blank of the ceramic filter tube; and S5) quantitatively and uniformly compounding the active enhancer with the primarily dried blank body of the ceramic filter tube, and carrying out secondary drying to obtain the ceramic filter tube.
本发明涉及一种利用废SCR蜂窝脱硝催化剂制备陶瓷滤管的方法,其包括以下步骤:S1)将废SCR脱硝催化剂经除尘、清洗破碎、干燥处理后进行分级球磨,得到不同粒度的一级粉料和二级粉料进行按比例混合均匀,得到活性粉料;S2)将活性粉料与有机高分子分散剂分散于去离子水中,制成活性粉浆料;S3)将陶瓷纤维、无机胶粘剂、有机粘结剂、有机润滑剂和去离子水混合均匀,制成纤维浆料;S4)将活性粉浆料缓慢加入到纤维浆料中,充分搅拌均匀后注入成型模具中进行真空负压抽滤成型,一次干燥后得到陶瓷滤管的胚体;S5)将活性增强剂与一次干燥后陶瓷滤管的胚体进行定量均匀复合,二次干燥后得到陶瓷滤管。
