Early-strength, high-strength and self-expanding sleeve grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of grouting materials, and particularly discloses an early-strength, high-strength and self-expanding sleeve grouting material and a preparation method thereof.The grouting material is prepared from, by weight, 250-330 parts of magnesium oxide, 87-175 parts of magnesium sulfate, 25-33 parts of metakaolin, 1.25-1.65 parts of whisker inducer, 550-650 parts of filler and 120-150 parts of water; the whisker inducer is at least one of sodium laurate, lauric acid and potassium laurate. The grouting material disclosed by the invention has excellent early strength performance, the compressive strength reaches the standard of an ultrahigh-strength sleeve grouting material, and meanwhile, the grouting material has proper self-expansion performance and moderate setting time.
