High-bonding-strength high-oxygen-barrier environmental barrier coating on surface of silicon carbide composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-bonding-strength high-oxygen-barrier environmental barrier coating on the surface of a silicon carbide composite material and a preparation method of the high-bonding-strength high-oxygen-barrier environmental barrier coating. The environmental barrier coating is sequentially composed of a tantalum metal bonding layer, a tantalum oxide oxygen-barrier layer, a tantalum oxide/tantalate composite transition layer and a tantalate environmental barrier coating from bottom to top. The bonding strength of the ceramic environmental barrier coating and the silicon carbide composite material substrate is greater than 30 MPa, and the porosity is less than 5%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying the tantalum metal bonding layer on the surface of the silicon carbide composite material through atmospheric plasma spraying, and preserving heat at 200 DEG C for 1 hour to obtain the tantalum oxide barrier layer with the thickness of less than 1 micron on the surface of the silicon carbide composite material; and then a tantalum oxide/tantalate composite transition layer and a tantalate environmental barrier coating are sequentially sprayed through atmospheric plasma. The environmental barrier coating on the surface of the silicon carbide composite material has the characteristics of strong oxygen barrier and high bonding strength, and the problems of low bonding strength and easy oxidation failure of the current silicon carbide coating material can be solved to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种碳化硅复合材料表面高结合强度强阻氧环境障涂层及其制备方法,该环境障涂层自下而上依次由钽金属粘结层、氧化钽阻氧层、氧化钽/钽酸盐复合过渡层及钽酸盐环境障涂层组成;所述陶瓷环境障涂层与碳化硅复合材料基底的结合强度大于30 MPa,气孔率小于5%。其制备方法是通过大气等离子喷涂在碳化硅复合材料表面喷涂钽金属粘结层,再将其在200℃保温1h后在其表面获得厚度小于1微米厚的氧化钽阻挡层;再依次通过大气等离子喷涂氧化钽/钽酸盐复合过渡层及钽酸盐环境障涂层。本发明制备的碳化硅复合材料表面环境障涂层具有强阻氧和高结合强度的特性,能够一定程度上解决当前碳化硅涂层材料存在的结合强度低和易氧化失效的问题。
