The invention discloses a low-freezing-point ultra-thin wearing layer snow-melting agent based on a core-shell type anti-freezing admixture in the field of snow-melting agents, and the snow-melting agent comprises a plurality of child-mother balls, the child-mother balls comprise mother balls and child balls, the child balls are stored in the mother balls, the mother balls are temperature sensing layers, and the child balls are the core-shell type anti-freezing admixture, an auxiliary admixture, a low-freezing-point agent and an ultra-thin wearing layer agent. The ultra-thin wearing layer agent is a lubricant, and the cue ball is wrapped by a condensation layer. The light gathering agent wrapped outside the mother ball can enable the temperature in the temperature sensing layer to be rapidly heated to achieve sensitive self-dissolution, the low-freezing-point agent and the core-shell type anti-freezing admixture generate flowing potential energy under the action of the lubricating agent, the low-freezing-point agent and the core-shell type anti-freezing admixture move along with flowing of the lubricating agent, and the treatment area and efficiency of snow removal are improved.
