The invention discloses an intelligent electric gate quick-closing device, and relates to the field of gate opening and closing equipment. Comprising an electric actuating mechanism (1), a first transmission shaft (3), a jaw clutch (5), an electromagnetic clutch (12), a second transmission shaft (36) and a main transmission gear (19), wherein the first transmission shaft (3) is in transmission connection with the electric actuating mechanism (1); the jaw clutch (5) is arranged at the upper end of the first transmission shaft (3); the electromagnetic clutch (12) is arranged at the lower part of the first transmission shaft (3); the valve rod gear (34) is in transmission connection with the main transmission gear (19); the valve rod nut (33) is connected in the valve rod gear (34); and the valve rod is in threaded connection with the valve rod nut (33). Opening and closing can be achieved through the electric executing mechanism (1) under the normal power-on condition, and when the power is off or the gate needs to be rapidly closed, rapid closing of the gate is achieved through cooperation of the jaw clutch (5) and the electromagnetic clutch (12).
