The driving mechanism drives the waterwheel body to rotate; the waterwheel body comprises partition plates on the two sides, a plurality of plate-shaped trash removal shovels are evenly fixed between the partition plates, the trash removal shovels are hollowed out, driven gears are fixed to the outer sides of the partition plates, driving gears are arranged on the driving mechanism, and the driving gears and the driven gears are meshed to drive the waterwheel body to rotate.
