Angle control method for tensioning unbonded prestressed tendons of uplift cast-in-place pile
The invention discloses an angle control method for tensioning unbonded prestressed tendons of an anti-pulling cast-in-place pile. The angle control method comprises the steps that firstly, a whole-section reinforcement cage framework of the anti-pulling cast-in-place pile is manufactured; secondly, unbonded prestressed tendons are combined with the whole section of reinforcement cage framework of the uplift cast-in-place pile; thirdly, angle controllers are installed on the unbonded prestressed tendons; 4, pouring pile body concrete and pile head over-pouring concrete of the uplift cast-in-place pile; fifthly, pile top over-pouring concrete is broken and removed; 6, controlling the tensioning angle of the unbonded prestressed tendons and binding raft reinforcing steel bars; seventhly, raft concrete is poured; and eighthly, the unbonded prestressed tendons are tensioned. The angle controller capable of adjusting the angle and achieving isolation protection is arranged on the prestressed tendons on the upper portion of the pile top, and the distribution angles and positions of the prestressed tendons in raft plates with different thicknesses are adjusted through the flexible corrugated sleeves in the angle controller; the problems that prestressed tendons on the upper portion of the pile head are prone to damage, and the angle in the raft is difficult to adjust are solved.
本发明公开了一种抗拔灌注桩的张拉无粘结预应力筋角度控制方法,包括步骤:一、制作抗拔灌注桩的整节钢筋笼骨架;二、将无粘结预应力筋与抗拔灌注桩的整节钢筋笼骨架组合;三、无粘结预应力筋上安装角度控制器;四、抗拔灌注桩的桩身混凝土和桩头超灌混凝土的灌注;五、桩顶超灌混凝土破除;六、控制张拉无粘结预应力筋角度并绑扎筏板钢筋;七、浇筑筏板混凝土;八、张拉无粘结预应力筋。本发明在桩顶上部的预应力筋上设置可调节角度的隔离保护的角度控制器,通过角度控制器中柔性波纹套管调节预应力筋在不同厚度的筏板内部分布的角度和位置,解决了桩头上部预应力筋容易受到破坏及在筏板内部角度难以调整的问题。
