Recyclable pre-stressed anchor cable applied to garbage soil
The recoverable pre-stressed anchor cable comprises a conical anchor head, a reinforcing section and a plurality of sets of steel strands, the conical anchor head is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the lower end of the reinforcing section, the steel strands are all fixedly installed at the upper end of the reinforcing section, and a protective sleeve is connected between the steel strands and the reinforcing section in a sleeved mode. Side rotation clamping heads are movably installed on the two sides of the reinforcing section correspondingly, the side rotation clamping heads and the reinforcing section are movably connected through elastic rotating shafts, the whole side rotation clamping heads are of a conical structure, the two sets of side rotation clamping heads are symmetrically arranged, and control ropes are connected to the upper ends of the side rotation clamping heads; a recoverer for performing recovery operation is arranged at the upper parts of the plurality of groups of steel strands; the pre-stressed anchor recycling device is provided with an automatic recycling structure, the recycling efficiency of a pre-stressed anchor is improved, meanwhile, a lateral rotation clamping type structure is adopted for pulling and fixing a steel strand, the fixing effect of the steel strand is improved, the pre-stressed anchor recycling device is provided with an auxiliary fixing structure, the temporary fixing effect of the pre-stressed anchor is improved, and recycling operation of the pre-stressed anchor is facilitated.
本发明公开应用于垃圾土中可回收预应力锚索,包括锥形锚头、加固段和若干组钢绞线,所述锥形锚头固定安装在加固段的下端外表面,若干组钢绞线均固定安装在加固段的上端,所述组钢绞线和加固段之间套接有防护套管,所述加固段的两侧均活动安装有侧旋卡头,所述侧旋卡头和加固段之间通过弹性转轴活动连接,所述侧旋卡头的整体呈锥形结构,两组侧旋卡头之间对称设置,侧旋卡头的上端连接有控制绳,若干组钢绞线的上部设置有用来进行回收操作的回收器;令其具有自动回收结构,提升预应力锚的回收效率,同时采用侧旋卡紧式结构进行钢绞线的抽拉固定,提升钢绞线的固定效果,令其具有辅助固定结构,提升预应力锚的临时固定效果,方便其进行回收操作。
