According to the method, three fields are arranged under the long and narrow terrain, compared with a conventional scheme, the existing terrain and foundation conditions can be utilized at the maximum efficiency, the characterization area needed by temporary construction is reduced, a large amount of characterization and demolition cost is saved, the soil body of the existing highway roadbed generally tends to be stable, and the bearing capacity of the soil body serving as a structural foundation can meet the requirement; and the foundation treatment expenditure is reduced.
