The lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of fixed screw cylinders and lifting screw rods, the fixed screw cylinders are embedded in the foundation stand column in an array mode, and the lifting screw rods are arranged in the fixed screw cylinders and meshed with the fixed screw cylinders in a threaded mode; the jacking mechanism is supported on the foundation stand column and used for driving the tower foot plate to move upwards. The deviation rectifying device is arranged at each foot part of the iron tower, so that the deviation rectifying of the iron tower can be safely and efficiently realized, and the long-term stable operation of the power transmission iron tower and ancillary buildings is ensured.
