The invention provides an assembly type steel frame high-rise housing structure which comprises a main body assembly, an outer enclosure wall assembly, a connecting assembly, an inner partition wall plate, a floor slab and a staircase, the assembly type steel frame high-rise housing structure achieves separation of a vertical bearing system and a horizontal lateral force resisting system, and the requirements of standardized design and industrial production are met; the rigidity of the beam-column connection joint is adjustable, rapid assembly can be achieved, field welding operation is avoided, the connection quality is improved, and the assembly speed is increased by 30%-40%; the stiff thermal insulation composite integrated wallboard is a novel high-performance thermal insulation material, forms a structural member-thermal insulation-decoration integrated enclosure wallboard, and solves the cold bridge problem of a steel member; wallboard integration of the concrete-filled steel tube coupled column is achieved, lateral resistance of the steel column is improved, and exposure of the steel column is avoided; collision of electromechanical pipelines is eliminated through the BIM technology, pre-assembly of system components is simulated, the construction progress is accelerated, and construction safety is guaranteed.
