Supporting system of high-rise fabricated steel structure frame and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a supporting system of a high-rise fabricated steel structure frame and a construction method of the supporting system. The supporting system comprises connecting plates, a high-strength inhaul cable, anchor plates and compressed springs; the connecting plates are arranged at the two ends of the high-strength inhaul cable; baffles are connected to the connecting plates in the direction perpendicular to the high-strength inhaul cable; through holes are formed in the baffles; the high-strength inhaul cable is arranged in lattices of the steel structure frame in a pullingmanner; the two ends of the high-strength inhaul cable are connected with steel pull rods; the steel pull rods penetrate through the through holes of the baffles; the anchor plates are connected to the steel pull rods and are close to the end parts; the pressed springs are arranged on the steel pull rods in a sleeving manner and are positioned between the anchor plates and the baffles; energy consumption dampers are arranged between the anchor plates and the baffles; and one end of each energy dissipation damper is fixedly connected with the corresponding anchor plate, and the other end of each energy dissipation damper makes contact with the corresponding baffle. The supporting system solves the technical problems that a traditional steel brace is prone to instability under the action ofreciprocating loads, residual deformation of a buckling-restrained brace after an earthquake is large, the buckling-restrained brace is not easy to repair, the cross section of the brace is usually large, and consequently window opening and wallboard assembling are affected.
