The invention relates to the technical field of concrete blocks, in particular to a coal gangue-based autoclaved aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that coal gangue and nitric acid are subjected to ball milling together, organic carbon and amorphous silicon dioxide in the coal gangue are dissociated, solid-liquid separation is conducted to obtain a liquid-phase product and a solid-phase product, the main components of the liquid-phase product are the organic carbon and the amorphous silicon dioxide, and the main components of the solid-phase product are the remaining coal gangue and aluminate minerals; the liquid-phase product is dried and then mixed with lime and aluminum powder in a solution system in sequence, and a microcapsule disordered structure is obtained; and mixing the microcapsule disordered structure with the solid-phase product, cement, gypsum, lime, water and auxiliary materials, pouring to form a mold, standing and aerating to obtain a hardened blank, cutting, demolding, and carrying out autoclaved curing to obtain the product. According to the invention, the coordination matching of the coal gangue slurry thickening speed and the aluminum powder gas generation curve is realized, and the performance of the produced building block completely meets the national standard requirement.
本发明涉及混凝土砌块技术领域,具体涉及一种煤矸石基蒸压加气混凝土砌块及其制备方法。制备方法为将煤矸石与硝酸一起球磨,使煤矸石中的有机碳和无定形的二氧化硅解离,固液分离得到液相产物和固相产物,液相产物的主要成分为有机碳和无定形的二氧化硅,固相产物的主要成分为剩余的煤矸石及铝酸盐矿物;液相产物经干燥后依次与石灰、铝粉在溶液体系中混合,得到“微胶囊”无序状结构物;将“微胶囊”无序状结构物与固相产物、水泥、石膏、石灰、水和辅料混合,浇筑成模,静停发气,得到硬化坯体,切割、脱模处理后进行蒸压养护,即得。本发明实现了煤矸石料浆稠化速度与铝粉发气曲线的协调匹配性,生产的砌块性能完全满足国标要求。
