Due to the fact that the rotary kiln barrel body has a certain inclination angle and rotates by itself, the materials roll forwards in the kiln, the sintered materials enter the vertical cooler from the kiln head to be cooled, and self-decomposition metallurgical lime is obtained. The self-decomposition metallurgical lime is low in production cost, small in kiln head powder rate, not prone to pulverization in the transportation and screening process and long in storage time; waste heat of a high-temperature metallurgy kiln can be utilized for decomposition, the P and S removal efficiency is high, and the usage amount of slag melting agents such as fluorite is reduced.
本发明涉及一种自分解冶金石灰及其制备方法,本发明所用原料为石灰石。技术方案为将筛分后的石灰石输送到回转窑预热器料仓中,经下料溜筒通过窑尾热气进行预热,所述石灰石经预热器上的推头均匀推至转运溜槽进入到回转窑内进行煅烧,回转窑窑温低于1200℃。由于回转窑筒体带有一定倾斜角度和自身旋转,使物料在窑内翻滚前进,烧成后的物料从窑头进入竖式冷却器冷却,得到自分解冶金石灰。本发明所述自分解冶金石灰生产成本低,窑头粉率小,运输和筛分过程不易粉化,储存时间长;能利用高温冶金窑炉余热分解,脱P和脱S效率高,降低萤石等化渣剂使用量。
