The mixed component A comprises artificial stone, ceramic and natural stone; the mixed component B comprises active lime, mineral powder and sodium aluminum silicate; the mixed component C is prepared from sodium anthraquinone-1-sulfonate, trimethylolpropane, alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and benzoyl peroxide; the mixed component D comprises zeolite powder and silica fume. The preparation method comprises the steps of raw material preparation, decomposition and firing and product cooling. According to the active lime additive and the preparation method, the strength, impermeability and freezing resistance of concrete are improved, and the active lime additive is especially suitable for a low-temperature and low-humidity plateau environment.
