The invention provides a forming auxiliary agent of a ZnO varistor and a preparation method of the ZnO varistor. The forming auxiliary agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of trimethylolpropane oleate, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of emulsifier and 99.4 to 99.85 percent of deionized water. By means of the lubricating and wetting physical characteristics of the trimethylolpropane oleate, the friction force between particles and the wall face of a metal mold in the forming process of the ZnO resistor disc can be reduced, stress release during demolding of the formed resistor disc is reduced, and the phenomenon that the ZnO formed resistor disc cracks after being sintered or annular cracks occur during disc grinding is avoided. Meanwhile, the emulsifier is added, so that the surface tension in a system of the forming aid can be reduced, and the forming aid has certain stability. When the forming auxiliary agent is used for preparing the ZnO varistor, the defects in the forming process of the ZnO varistor can be effectively overcome, the quality loss is reduced, and the forming quality is improved.
本发明提供了一种ZnO压敏电阻片的成型助剂及ZnO压敏电阻片的制备方法。所述成型助剂按质量分数计包括三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯0.1~0.5%,乳化剂0.05~0.1%,去离子水99.4~99.85%。本发明通过借助三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的润滑、湿润的物理特性,可以降低ZnO电阻片在成型过程中颗粒与金属模具壁面的摩擦力,减少成型电阻片脱模时的应力释放,避免ZnO成型电阻片在烧结后出现开裂现象或磨片时出现环形裂纹现象。同时,乳化剂的加入可降低成型助剂的体系内的表面张力,使其具有一定的稳定性。将上述成型助剂用于制备ZnO压敏电阻片,可以有效解决ZnO电阻片成型过程中的缺陷,降低质量损失,提高成型质量。
