Construction method for forming steel trestle first and then anchoring piles
The invention relates to a construction method for forming a bridge first and then anchoring a pile of a steel trestle, and belongs to the technical field of trestle construction. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, inserting and driving a steel pipe pile of a current span trestle by a hoisting crane, and mounting an inter-pile connecting system and a pile cap; 2, a lifting crane paves a distribution beam of the current-span trestle on the pile caps, a bailey beam and a bridge deck system are installed above the distribution beam, and the transverse size of the bridge deck system is smaller than the transverse distance between the two steel pipe piles; 3, the hoisting crane carries out construction of steel pipe piles, connecting systems, pile caps, distribution beams, bailey beams and bridge deck systems of the next-span trestle, anchor piles of the current-span trestle are constructed through the punching drilling machine, and levelness data of the bridge deck systems of the current-span trestle during anchor pile construction are uploaded to a control module through a levelness sensor; an operator judges whether construction is conducted or interrupted according to the levelness data; and fourthly, the steps are repeated till construction of the multi-span trestle is completed, the construction efficiency is high, and meanwhile the influence on the trestle is small.
