The invention provides a construction method based on steel trestle anchoring piles. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing inner side steel pipe piles and outer side steel pipe piles, welding an inner side connecting system and outer side connecting systems, then building a cross beam and triangular steel plates, installing bailey beams and a bridge deck slab, and finally anchoring the outer side steel pipe piles. The anchoring of the outer side steel pipe piles comprises the steps of drilling anchoring holes in a rock stratum, grouting the anchoring holes and pouring concrete into the outer side steel pipe piles. According to the construction method, a drilling machine construction temporary operation platform does not need to be built, the outer side steel pipe piles in the steel trestle anchoring piles are anchored on the bridge floor in a modularized mode, a percussion drill construction temporary operation platform does not need to be built, and the construction method has the advantages of being easy to implement and operate, high in working efficiency and high in equipment utilization rate; and meanwhile, the operation of dismantling the drilling machine construction temporary operation platform is avoided, the traffic of a steel trestle is not influenced in the construction process, the construction steps are simplified, and the construction safety and the construction efficiency are greatly improved.
