An automatic garbage cleaning device for environmental hydraulic engineering comprises a garbage collecting device fixed in a river channel and further comprises a power device, a driving device, a conveying device and a cleaning device, the power device, the driving device, the conveying device and the garbage collecting device are fixedly installed into a whole, and the cleaning device is an unmanned ship. The unmanned ship regularly and automatically cleans garbage in the garbage collection device, the garbage collection device comprises a mounting box, garbage collection cavities are formed in the two sides of the mounting box, a plurality of drainage holes are densely formed in the bottoms of the garbage collection cavities, drainage pipes are further arranged, and filter screens are arranged on the drainage holes and drainage pipe openings to prevent the garbage from entering the drainage holes and the drainage pipes. A garbage inlet is formed in the middle of the top of the mounting box, a set of driving devices are mounted on the two sides of the garbage inlet and located between the garbage inlet and the garbage collecting cavity, and a set of conveying devices are mounted under the driving devices; according to the invention, automatic collection and cleaning of garbage are realized, manpower is saved, the coverage range is large, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
