The invention discloses a construction method for preventing differential settlement of a filling and digging interface of a collapsible loess site, which is implemented by the following steps of: 1, cleaning topsoil on an original filling and digging interface, and digging the original filling and digging interface into continuous steps along the height direction; secondly, layered backfilling and tamping are started from the lowest position of the filling area; thirdly, settlement transition zones are arranged on the two sides of the original filling and digging interface, and the lengths of the transition zones are gradually decreased along with the depth; fourthly, geogrids are laid in the settlement transition zone in a layered mode, and reverse wrapping sections are arranged on the two sides of the filling and digging portion of each layer of laid geogrids; fifthly, after each layer of geogrid is laid, layered backfilling and tamping are conducted; sixthly, waterproof geotextile is arranged on the surface layer of the geogrid on the uppermost layer, and then surface layer construction is conducted. By arranging the settlement transition zone, uniform transition of settlement of the filling area and the excavation area is guaranteed, and the problems of tension fracture, slab staggering, rainwater invasion and the like caused by uneven settlement of the filling and excavation junction are avoided.
