The invention belongs to the technical field of sponge city road drip irrigation, and particularly relates to a sponge city water guide drip irrigation system and method. The system is externally connected with an upper water source and comprises a plurality of slow release modules, a water guide rope body and a rope body fixer, the slow-release modules are arranged at an interval of at least 5m, and water storage cavities are formed in the slow-release modules and can store water; the rope body fixer comprises a spoke ring, a connecting rod and a rope body fixing buckle, the connecting rod is connected with the slow release module, the water guide rope body is wound on the spoke ring through the connecting rod and the rope body fixing buckle, and accurate drip irrigation is performed on water at the position of the spoke ring. Water is stored through the slow-release module, water is guided to the outside through the capillary effect by means of the water guide rope body preset in the slow-release module, water is conveyed to an external soil body through the internal and external water pressure difference, and accurate drip irrigation is carried out by changing the rod direction and angle of each connecting rod, adding the connecting rods and controlling the position of a spoke ring. The rainwater utilization efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is low, and the requirements of current sponge city roads are met.
