The invention discloses an inner mold supporting and adjusting method, an inner mold supporting device and a tower drum mold. The inner mold supporting and adjusting method comprises the following steps that the bottom of a center supporting column is supported at a bottom datum point located on a bottom mold of the tower drum mold; a plurality of radiation rods are radially arranged around the central supporting column, and the lengths of the radiation rods are adjustable; the center positioning equipment carries out positioning in the vertical direction with the bottom datum point of the center supporting column as the datum, the top datum point of the center supporting column is found, and the bottom datum point and the top datum point of the center supporting column are located on the same vertical line; measuring the radius of the internal mold by taking the top reference point of the central support column as a reference; and calculating an error according to the required radius and precision, and if the error exists, adjusting the length of the radiation rod. The center of the center supporting column is aligned through the center positioning equipment, the requirement for the machining precision of the center supporting column is low, and therefore the construction cost and the assembling difficulty of the inner mold supporting device are reduced.
