The invention discloses a train type air bag plugging robot which comprises a robot main machine and a plurality of robot dragging machines sequentially connected to the rear side of the robot main machine, a rear hoisting rope is further installed on the rear side of the robot dragging machine located at the tail end, and a roller set and a dragging machine roller set are arranged on the top of the robot main machine and the top of the robot dragging machine correspondingly. Wherein air bags are placed on the roller set and the dragging machine roller set. Required robot dragging machines are sequentially connected to the rear end of the robot main machine to form the robot train, the air bag is installed on the robot train, the robot main machine is dragged to walk, the robot dragging machines are matched to carry the plugging air bag to enter a hoistway to complete plugging operation, and the robot retreats after the air bag is conveyed in place. The number of the robot towing machines can be reduced or increased according to the sizes of the air bags, and flexible application and accurate conveying are achieved; and meanwhile, the robot dragging machine has a supporting effect on the air bag, and the situation that the surface of the air bag is scratched and rubbed due to direct dragging is prevented.
