According to the high-performance bulletproof ceramic and the preparation method thereof, a hard alloy coating is prepared on a metal transition layer on the surface of a ceramic matrix by adopting a high velocity oxy-fuel spraying method, and then a plurality of blind hole grooves which are arrayed in a matrix at intervals are formed in the upper surface of the hard alloy coating by adopting a laser etching method; and then soft metal is prepared through a high velocity oxy-fuel spraying method to fill all the blind hole grooves, after the upper surface of the soft metal in each blind hole groove is flush with the upper surface of the hard alloy coating through polishing, the hard ceramic coating is prepared on the coplanar upper surface of the hard alloy coating and the soft metal through an atmospheric plasma spraying method. The soft metal filled in each blind hole groove of the hard alloy coating is used for capturing broken ceramic to achieve the secondary anti-penetration effect, and the soft area constructed by the soft metal and the hard area formed by the hard alloy coating are used for enabling the projectile body to be stressed unevenly to achieve the effect of deflecting the penetration path.
本发明提供了一种高性能防弹陶瓷及其制备方法,在陶瓷基体表面的金属过渡层之上采用超音速火焰喷涂方法制备硬质合金涂层,然后采用激光刻蚀方法在硬质合金涂层上表面开设矩阵间隔排列的多个盲孔槽,再采用超音速火焰喷涂方法制备软金属将所有盲孔槽填满,通过打磨将各个盲孔槽内的软金属的上表面与硬质合金涂层上表面平齐后,采用大气等离子喷涂方法在硬质合金涂层以及软金属共面的上表面上制备硬质陶瓷涂层。本发明利用硬质合金涂层各个盲孔槽内填充的软金属捕获碎裂陶瓷达到二次抗侵彻作用,利用软金属构建的软质区和硬质合金涂层形成的硬质区使弹体受力不均匀达到偏转侵彻路径的效果。
