High-permeability and high-viscosity fog sealing layer material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-permeability and high-viscosity fog seal material and a preparation method thereof. The high-permeability and high-viscosity fog seal material comprises emulsified asphalt, a sand material, a tackifier, a permeability enhancer and an additive. The tackifier is prepared from the following raw materials: polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, diphenyl dimethoxy silane, dimethyl diethoxy silane, gamma-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane, and polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate. The permeation enhancing agent is prepared from the following raw materials: bis-ethyl hexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol. The additive is prepared from the following raw materials: n-butyl dimethyl chlorosilane and methyl 2-amino-5-bromo-4-isopropyl benzoate. Wherein bis-ethyl hexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol exert the high temperature resistance of the materials and also can generate a synergistic effect, and the composite material can remarkably improve the permeability of the fog seal material.
本发明提供了一种高渗高粘雾封层材料及其制备方法,包括乳化沥青、砂料、增粘剂、增渗剂和添加剂。增粘剂由以下原料制成:聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,羧甲基纤维素钠,二苯基二甲氧基硅烷,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷,γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯。增渗剂由以下原料制成:双‑乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪,亚甲基双‑苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚。添加剂由以下原料制成:正丁基二甲基氯硅烷,2‑氨基‑5‑溴‑4‑异丙基苯甲酸甲酯。其中,双‑乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪和亚甲基双‑苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚除了发挥材料本身的耐高温性能外,还会产生协同增效作用,其复合材料能够显著的改善雾封层材料的渗透性能。
