The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to a high-viscosity fog sealing layer material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-viscosity fog seal material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of asphalt, 20-30 parts of soybean oil, 10-20 parts of hydrogenated rosin, 5-10 parts of a dispersant, 2-6 parts of a polymerization inhibitor, 1-2 parts of an ultraviolet light absorber, 20-60 parts of a plasticizer, 90-130 parts of solvent. The fog sealing layer material disclosed by the invention has the functions of the traditional reduction aging asphalt; the spray sealing material has the advantages of high adhesion, provision of enough adhesion force between aged asphalt pavement aggregates, high fluidity, effective penetration of the spray sealing material into the pavement after spraying, and fast formation of strength in order to realize maintenance of the pavement.
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,特别是涉及一种高粘雾封层材料及其制备方法和用途。所述高粘雾封层材料的原料按重量份计,包括如下组分:沥青100份;大豆油20~30份;氢化松香10~20份;分散剂5~10份;阻聚剂2~6份;紫外线吸收剂1~2份;增塑剂20~60份;溶剂90~130份。本发明雾封层材料在具有传统还原老化沥青的功能性基础上,还具有较高的粘附性,可以为老化沥青路面集料之间提供足够的粘结力,同时该雾封材料具有较高的流动性,喷洒后可以有效渗透进路面,较快的形成强度,从而实现对路面的养护。
