The invention discloses a waterproof chlorine-erosion-resistant road maintenance material and a preparation method thereof.The road maintenance material is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of Portland cement, 30-50 parts of garbage bottom ash, 3-5 parts of 3-(2-aminoethylamino) propylmethyldimethoxysilane, 15-25 parts of water glass, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-5 parts of a waterproof agent and 1-3 parts of an expanding agent; the waterproof agent at least comprises sodium methyl silicate, and the mass percentage of the sodium methyl silicate is greater than 60%. On the basis of reducing the use amount of cement, the road repairing material can also be ensured to have certain strength, is used for repairing cracks generated by roads, realizes secondary utilization of the waste incineration bottom ash, reduces the burden of the bottom ash on the environment, and overcomes the defects in the prior art.
