Construction method of asphalt mastic upper surface layer
The invention provides a construction method of an asphalt mastic upper surface layer, which comprises the following steps: mixing an asphalt mixture: adding raw materials into mixing equipment according to the proportion, heating and uniformly mixing; transporting the asphalt mixture, namely transporting the asphalt mixture to a construction site by adopting a dumper; paving the asphalt mixture, cleaning a working surface before paving, paving the asphalt mixture by adopting a paver when the pavement temperature is not lower than 15 DEG C, and adjusting the paving speed of the paver to be balanced with the feeding speed and the compacting speed to ensure continuous and balanced paving; rolling and forming the asphalt mixture, namely rolling at the speed of more than or equal to 5km/h by using a steel wheel road roller with the wheel rolling parameter of 20-25; carrying out joint treatment, namely reserving 10-20cm width of a paved mixture part during paving construction, temporarily not rolling the paved mixture part to serve as an elevation datum plane of a later paving part, and then carrying out cross-joint rolling so as to eliminate seam traces; the construction efficiency can be improved, the construction cost is reduced, the anti-cracking performance is improved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
本发明提供一种沥青玛蹄脂上面层施工方法,包括以下步骤:沥青混合料拌制,将原料按照配加入至拌合设备内部加热并拌合均匀;沥青混合料运输,沥青混合料采用自卸车运输至施工现场;沥青混合料摊铺,摊铺前将工作面清理干净,在路面温度不低于15℃时,采用摊铺机对沥青混合料摊铺进行摊铺,摊铺机的摊铺速度调整至与供料、压实速度相平衡,保证连续不断的均衡的摊铺;沥青混合料碾压成型,选用轮碾参数在20~25之间的钢轮压路机以≥5km/h的速度进行碾压;接缝处理,摊铺施工时将已铺混合料部分留下10~20cm宽暂不碾压,作为后铺部分的高程基准面,然后再跨缝碾压以消除缝迹;本发明能够提升施工效率,降低施工成本,提升抗裂性能,延长路面使用寿命。
